Paul is OUTSTANDING!

Paul is relatable and had very good information because he has “been there” and “done that” for the situations he presents on.  I valued knowing that I am a leader, but I have to believe in myself now.

Paul is OUTSTANDING!

Paul is Moving…He Cares About You!

Paul was direct and tender to the topics. I valued learning how to see an outcome positively rather than dwelling on just the negative.  Paul is moving.  He cares about you, your train of thought and it’s inspiring.

He’s Real, Honest and Engages the Audience!

Paul is interactive, uses discussion and he’s engaging!  I really valued hearing about our roles at work and how they relate to Compassion Fatigue.  Paul is real, honest, and shares his life experiences.  He engages the audience to freely share and be part of the training.

He’s Engaging and “Down to Earth”

Paul really engaged us and used great techniques.  We left with great tools and increased self awareness.

I like that Paul was casual, his use of humor and that he taught practical skills that I can implement at work and at home.

Paul has a “Down to earth” style that will motive you!

Paul is Humorous and Compassionate!

Thank you for your wonderful workshop!  We deal with so many people on a daily basis, work long hours, have our own families to take care of and generally lead busy, stressful lives.  Your advice on how to deal with stress was genuine, realistic and gave us concrete examples of how to deal with negative behaviors.  Your humorous and compassionate style of speaking was truly inspiring!

Paul started working with children in 1998 when he developed his Peace Enforcement Self Esteem Improvement Curriculum and started a non-profit.  There, he taught classes in Elementary Schools and ran groups for kids after school.  A short time after he was asked to provide workshops and ongoing groups for parents, too.  One of the amazing things about those workshops and groups was that he used, and still does, the same curriculum and language for both.

During that time, Paul started presenting to Head Start and Early Head Start conferences and organizations providing management, leadership and staff trainings at organizations all over the United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Paul really enjoys supporting people and organizations that support children.  He loves getting to be a part of helping to make the world a better place, plus, children are amazing!
